Virtual Buzz Session by Innovators' Table (Postponed)
UPDATE: The Virtual Buzz Session scheduled to take place on 01/27/2021 has been postponed. A new date will be announced soon.
Ready to take your ministry to its next step to solve a problem in the community in the name of Jesus? Inventing a new program or ministry, but not sure how to launch it or make it sustainable? Come to a Buzz Session and let us help you think through next steps!
At Buzz Sessions, offered by the Innovators' Table, ministry entrepreneurs like you describe the idea that God has put on their hearts, and then have a chance for WNCC innovators to speak into how to proceed further to develop the idea toward becoming sustainable.
With our friends at Ministry Incubators (a Nashville-based consultancy that helps new ministries to launch and fly) and a team of innovators from WNCC ministries, you can have the chance to get expert advice and imagine together what's possible and how to get there.
Our next virtual Buzz Session is tentatively scheduled for Jan 27, 2021, in the afternoon via Zoom. Want to get some good advice? Send an email with your name, the name of your program, and a three-sentence description of what your ministry does and where you want it to go, to firstname.lastname@example.org
for consideration as a candidate for the next Buzz Session!

The Appalachian District Church Vitality Team has been prayerfully seeking ways to help support you and the ministries of your local congregation during this COVID-19 pandemic. Together they have diligently researched and connected with others throughout the conference and our denomination to identify resources and offer them to you. We hope they will be helpful to you and bless you greatly in leading your churches and communities through this unprecedented time. We are very grateful to the District Vitality Team and other contributors for their great work on this resource.
This faithful team has created three documents, two of which you are receiving today. They include:
- Family Home Worship – designed to help families establish a regular worship space within their homes as well as a time where they can worship together.
- Tech Strategies – to help guide you in selecting effective tools and resources within your budget to best communicate in the digital world.
We believe these resources will be of great benefit to you. Also know that the District Vitality Team is available to answer any questions you might have in regards to the documents attached. If you have questions, you may email Rev. Howard Fleming at email@example.com.
