The WNC Archives are moving

Just like everyone else in the Conference Memorial Center, the WNC Conference Archives will be moving this July.  The Archives will be moving to Pfeiffer University in Misenheimer, NC.  Moving more than 1,500 linear feet of records and documents of the WNC Conference and keeping everything organized will not be a small thing.  As the archivists prepare for this move and the transition into the new home at Pfeiffer, there will be a period of time when access to all documents and records will be limited.  While research and information requests will continue to be received, there will be a time delay between the receiving of the request and the ability to provide assistance. The archivists hope that this will not be an inconvenience to anyone.

Also, with the move of the Archives to Pfeiffer, the mailing address and telephone number will change.  The new address and phone number will be announced as soon as they are available.  During this time of transition, the most efficient way to contact the Archives will be by e-mail at either jpyatt@wnccumc.org or archives@wnccumc.org.  Thank you for your patience!
