The 60-minute webinar will highlight the importance of "eating to live" and not "living to eat" during a pandemic.  This information will identify the direct correlation between what we eat and our current health/how we feel.  We will also learn that although exercise is only 20% of the equation, it is still a vital part of living a BOD4GOD lifestyle.

Rochelle T. Parks is a wife of 26+ years, mother of three and retired active duty military officer with 20+ years of experience in the health and wellness industry.  Outside of her role as wife and mother, she spends a great deal of her time transforming lives through health coaching, facilitating biblical weight loss and nutrition classes at her church and impacting others through virtual personal training.  Some of her noted health coaching clients include Dr. Eric Thomas, critically acclaimed author, world-renowned speaker and pastor.  Rochelle is a certified health coach and personal trainer with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE), respectively.
