Blackburn House taking applications for new cohort

Interested in spending 11 months growing closer to Jesus in community?

The Blackburn House is a unique opportunity for folks who desire discipleship and service! Located in Todd, NC, Blackburn House is an intentional Christian community that seeks to help people in their 20’s grow as disciples as they serve in a rural context. The house is a program of Blackburn Community Outreach, a non-profit that works towards revitalization and rural community development. Days are framed by prayer, work at local service sites and Blackburn’s Chapel UMC, and becoming an important part of the community through building relationships with locals. The internship includes free room at the parsonage of Blackburn’s Chapel as well as a monthly stipend.

The following link will take you to the website for the Blackburn House. Check out the video and fill out an application today.
