Lake_Junaluska_Logo_Web Women's Retreat With Dr. Lauren Winner September 17-19 The Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center of Lake Junaluska, NC, will host a retreat for women on Thursday, September 17 through Saturday, September 19, 2015. Through worship, music, discussion, and free-time options such as massage, yoga, and spiritual counseling, conference participants will find a renewal and restoration of spirit. Lake Junaluska Peace Conference explores spiritual formation for peacemakers November 12-15 An international panel of speakers will address the issue of peace at the 2015 Lake Junaluska Peace Conference, Nov. 12-15 at Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center, Lake Junaluska, N.C.  This year’s conference, “Longing for Peace/Exploring the Heart of God,” will feature three keynote speakers and focus on the spiritual roots and foundations that support the search for peace in the three Abrahamic faith traditions: Judaism, Islam and Christianity. Special music will be provided by The Yuval Ron Ensemble. The conference will also include additional sessions, workshops and a panel discussion with the three speakers that will be moderated by Rabbi Phil Bentley of Hendersonville. Space is limited and early registration is recommended. Registration is $120 before Sept. 1 and $145 after Sept. 1. Students may attend for $60.
