With a Severe Storm Threat across the WNC conference for March 18th, begin preparing as necessary for heavy wind and rains with the possibility of tornados. Create an emergency kit, communication plan, and prepare your property if need be. For information and resources on preparing for severe weather, use the tools at ready.gov/severe-weather.
- Monitor NC Emergency Managements Twitter feed for the most up to date information and alerts.
- Download the FEMA or ReadyNC app to stay updated during a storm.
If you are an ERT member, communicate with your team leader/members about your availability to respond.

We are very grateful to the District Vitality Team and other contributors for their great work on this resource.
This faithful team has created three documents, two of which you are receiving today. They include:
- Family Home Worship – designed to help families establish a regular worship space within their homes as well as a time where they can worship together.
- Tech Strategies – to help guide you in selecting effective tools and resources within your budget to best communicate in the digital world.
