Flourish

FLOURISH is an assessment and renewal process for clergy in the Western North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church.

The program will meet the requirement of The 2016 Book of Discipline ¶349.3, "Every clergyperson will engage in a six-month process of personal and professional assessment and development every eight years…"

There will be an opportunity to review your life ministry over the last eight years, renew your call and commitments, and retool to flourish in the next eight years of ministry!

A pilot group for 30 participants will begin in June!

Sponsored by the WNC Board of Ordained Ministry and Leadership Development Team.
