This will also be a log in you can use in the future to apply for other grants, so please remember this. This website will allow you to view the grant, stop and exit and go back in as needed. When you apply it will allow you to view it in the future as well. Click here for for a document with instructions on setting your account and what to do once you log in.
As a reminder Missional Engagement funds are intended for mission initiatives which engage local church members in opportunities to serve and work within the local community or beyond. Which allows us to live out Matthews 25:35-40 and John 14:12. Priority will be given to churches and organizations that seek to build relationships between local church members and the people being served, are multi-racial and multi-ethnic, and which are most closely aligned with the mission, vision, and strategies pf the Appalachian District and of the Western North Carolina Conference. Examples of these are: Establishing Community Meals, Medical Clinics and Addiction Recovery Groups.
A fully submitted application must be received online at wnccumc.egrant.net/login.aspx by midnight, May 28, 2019 to be considered funding. No Exceptions.
Please note that all funds for these grants come from Appalachian District Apportionments. Paying your apportionments helps support new ministry all across our District. If you have questions or concerns please feel free to contact Katie Hutton at KHutton@wnccumc.org or by calling 1-336-667-5401.
