Congregational Vitality funds are intended to help churches engage in and/or participate in processes which equip, resource and empower our congregations as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ to claim their role as members of the “priesthood of all believers” found in 1 Peter 2:9. Please read the Scriptures (by clicking on them) from Ephesians 4:11-132 Peter 1:5-7 and Matthew 28:19-20 and prayerfully consider how these Scriptures connect to the ministry for which you are requesting grant funding support.

Please note that all funds for these grants come from Appalachian District Apportionments. Paying your apportionments helps support new ministry all across our District.
